Contact them to see if you can get listed directly. Everybody wants years and lot of signings. But sometime just being available can get your foot in the door.
Never fall for the "if you take my low fee, I'll keep you busy".
Location, location, location. If you are are the only one in your Zip Code, you will have a better chance than if there are 5 NSA with 10 years and 2000 + signings.
When I started out 7 years ago the idea of having 1810 signings done wasn't even a dream.
Start contacting everyone. Best of luck. |
