Interesting you'd sic "signor," Janetk. I've occasionally seen it used by title companies, including one that used it all the time for "signer." I never heard them pronounce it, only saw it in writing.
It appears to be a legitimate word in the title world... wonder if any notaries out there know where it came from and why it's used. |
