Email received yesterday from a Robert Harrell with Regency Escrow. "Hello,
I found your contact on ###Notary. I have a customer that needs to sign a few docs on Friday for a private loan refinance. Do you have availability for this? Kindly advise if you do and let me know your fee?

I replied back with a question but no response. Checked Notary Rotary this morning and I'm so glad I did! My gut was right.
