This is Brenda McAllister's SS I believe. She started with KC signings and traveled around over the years from this place to that. I never worked for her SS, but I do believe she would be reliable in paying. She does have a short fuse (opposite her SS name) from what I do remember, so don't screw up or ask too many questions and do your closings error-free and should be good.
