From our loan signing work, we get used to the idea that the notary will be responsible for shipping the document. In my area, that's a cost-adder. If you asked me to print a document, put it in a FedEx envelope, and get it shipped this afternoon, that's $45, with no notarization, no visit to a client, and no signatures.
I could go for $35 in my town, but only if the client were responsible for getting the document returned, not me. |
