We include the capacity here...so after Venue, it's

"acknowledged before me this ___ day of _______. 20___ by <name of AIF> as Attorney-in-Fact for <name of principal>. <name of AIF> provided _______________________ as Identification.


Further, we are not required to see the POA to confirm their representative capacity - we are to take them at their word.
