.... the adjustments to Dodd-Frank are directed to the small regional and community banks who were shoved aside in the competitive mtg lending field by massive Chase, BofA, Wells, etc. This is good news. Today I mosey on by the CU's and hometown lenders in my tri-county area to get in some face time and let them know I am available to be in their bank ANYTIME they like.
