Scott, As you know, there is relative ease associated with entering this LOW- in comparison to qualifying to originate and/or close loans; that tends to make it very enticing to ones joining the NSA Movement. Companies know this and capitalize on the meager business sense of some newbies, compensate with very low fees, and "keep you working" until you're dead or broke (or both).

So, how IS the mortgage lending business these days?
