Still good news! Procrastinating people now trying to get in before the next 2 proposed rate hikes. Eventually, the 'new normal' will sink in, but we won't see people getting out of those 3.5 or so Refis. Rates have been very low for a very long time and, frankly, that lasted far longer than I ever thought possible.
