Yes. My document Info is in a shaded section section and aligned directly above my seal (as Jnew pointed out, the LOCATION of the doc info on the loose Ack can be strategically placed to deter tampering/messing with); of course, no. of document pages... but I also include in the bottom (footnote) a few words about "official notary use" and will sometimes rewrite the doc Name. Cross-reference Overkill!
