 Re: $85-20 vs. $65-20

As I've written, I didn't hear the TS app. ring for almost three weeks. I called TS tech on Monday and apparently they resolved the problem because the app. immediately began to ring. I was lucky and hit the green star button fast enough, captured four out of six signing notifications (the other two went to a notary who was perhaps an eighth of a second faster). "So the app. was broke after all", I thought. Then I looked at the notary fee. It had been downgraded from $85-20 to $65-20. I called Title Source yesterday morning and asked why my fee had been changed. She looked it up, agreed, asked if I wanted it back at $85-20. I said yes, the same fee I've been getting for nearly eight years. That was yesterday morning. I haven't heard the app. ring once since then.
