Title could easily send a 1003 directly to the borrowers with stickys indicating who signs where, however you should do this if asked. You can print it out & get it signed if the borrowers are available. The problem arises if they are on vacation or if they are in separate locations. I would call them & If they are together & able to meet, I would just do it as part of the job.
