Thank you for the heads up. I haven't done a signing with them in over a year, and there was an issue with payment on the last one. I only received first half of agreed fee on a signing that was adjourned at signing table halfway through documents. It required new docs and new scheduled time. I received the first payment 45 days after the signing, and it was another month for the additional payment. Moved them to my inactive list.
