Hello all

Thank you for the feedback. I contacted the title company first to apologize if I caused a client to not settle on their home and secondly explained the situation. The title co explained they do not have ties with tbe co, they outsourced the job. ASAP PRO NOTARY was paid. The title co explained their concern but wasnt upset. So like you all stated this is a lesson learned and I will invest in the proper equipment to scan at the table. I do believe this was a setup from ASAP PRO NOTARY to get the job done but find an ex to not pay. IMO this us unethical and not right.

Thank you all for your advice I love this site.
