Why would they deliberately do this? It's part of business and nothing personal. In a perfect world, everyone does there job right down to the city who gets the CO out back to the title, the HOA getting their estoppels back on time but it's not, surveys, appraisals do come late, someone is out sick... If it goes late, and you are busy return the closing or offer to do it at the end of your day. I Imagine if your workload is that busy and having to turn back other others, just forfeit working for this company inthe future. Many more notaries behind you that are a bit more patient to fill that gap and not as busy. |
