pay good fees and are easy to work with. There were and still are some TC's that I am 2nd and 3rd string notary and I'm ok with that. Some I moved to 1st string over the years. It's taking advantage of the opportunities to shine when they present themselves and building that rapport. Sounds like you know your area really well. VA loans always amaze me, they are either the size of a regular refi or a monster package!

Also, for anyone else on this board that is interested; being on the approved list of the major title companies is a huge boost.
