Yoli, you probably can't get that much cash out of any bank the same day, even if you're trying to pay a kidnapping ransom and are working with the FBI. The banks don't have that much cash in the building. and asking for it is going to raise red flags that will further delay your access to it.

On the other hand, if you DO have that much cash in the bank, you're doing a lot better than most of us... Smile
