Am I the only one that kept telling them to change it?

Because it seems like I finally got the right person's attention about it being illegal to stamp a document just so they could see my stamp. Within a week of that call they and I think also Chase (both thru Title Source) finally changed them. Not to the way I wanted, but since a commission number and expiration date are something I can at least legally provide it is better than it was.

Now if they would just change their Right To Cancel that still mentions that the borrower's signature means they are signing saying they received a copy of a Truth In Lending doc (obviously not true anymore). I have pointed that out since the Closing Disclosure began being used since it combined the TIL and HUD into one doc. Just keep hearing that it takes forever for lawyer's to change the docs and not to expect it to be revised any time soon.
