Amrock's reduced Hybrid fees. I told them absolutely NO!
Posted by grapebed on 5/11/19 2:29pm

From my lips to their ears, I politely told Amrock that I would not accept $75 Hybrid closings. I asked Partner Management if there was a way for me to stop receiving $75 Hybrid closings signing opportunities. Apparently, that is not possible. So I have received three $75.00 signing opportunities and declined all three of them. I encourage others to do the same. Do I think Amrock will reverse this decision? No, I don't. It is time for me to move on.

It felt great to both verbally communicate with Amrock that I would not accept $75 Hybrid Closings and follow through with my promise. There are companies out there that still pay $100 for refi's without a problem. Local title companies still pay me $100. And GNW is virtually all profit.
