 Amrock Fees
Posted by kcg on 7/10/18 11:15am

I'm sure it's been discussed but it kind of caught me by surprise. I contacted them and asked why I no longer rec'd notices of available signings. Guy writes back that they don't have my background check on file (which I know they do) AND if I can lower my refi fee to $65, I would get more business.

Right. Well gee if I lowered it to $25, I'd be busier than a one-armed paper hanger.

So, my response was thanks but here we part ways. I am a professional, my packages are double checked at the table and go back 99% error free. I know what I need to make in order to actually make money doing these. I wonder if he keeps lowering his salary for job security at Amrock?
