8;45 P.M. July 3 the owner calls me about renewing, offering discount if I do so now. I asked when my renewal was due, not until October 1 he said. I was irritated by this Friday late evening solicit and I told him I did not appreciate him calling so late and on weekend/ holiday evening- his RUDE reply " I will not tolerate this, legally I can call you until 9 P.M. and it is not a holiday, tomorrow is, I am terminating this conversation". While he may be "right" he is not ethical, he also sends random e mails at all hours of night, I am tired of the inconvenient interruptions from this company, I understand the time zone thing, but so should he. So the bottom line, how important is this company for signing work? |
