This is typical in this business. The last quarter can be very busy or very slow. The Fed just lowered the rates and that might be having an affect on the loans already in the pipeline. As others have said, this is a good time to market and it's also a good time to fine tune your business plan so you can plan for the down time, which will always happen. This is a good time to go through Signing Central and contact/market to those companies with 3 stars and above. Spend some time every day working on your business.
