Just came from a closing, and the realtor had to take a mandatory class for a new form taking the place of the HUD in August. No more HUD's in package. This is a 5 page form, and everything spelled out, relator, LO. lender has to sign prior and has to be signed 3 days prior to the closing, or the closing will not happen. Everything supposed to be spelled out, and went over before the closing, so at the closing, we really do not have to do anything, as their signature already there.
Anyone else heard this?
