 Are you accepting one-sided agreements?

A company for which I've been doing loan closings since 2009 (and as recently as two weeks ago!) has put an "Accept this agreement or you can't log in" barrier on their website.

I will always guarantee my work. If I miss a signature, etc., I will fix the problem at my own expense. That's not the issue.

Having read some of the clauses in the agreement (we can reduce your fee, after 90 days your fee will be cancelled, any legal action must take place in California [I'm in Connecticut], ....), I did not agree. And I will never agree to such a one-sided document.

Do you accept / agree to company's policies that protect the company but give the Notary Signing Agent nothing in return?
