Cheryl, you know I absolutely adore you, Girlfriend, but you must stay off the midnight internet after a few margaritas!
This is weirdo BitCoin justification for using their currency to get mortgage loans which would normally be produced thru a licensed Mtg Broker, Lender. This is really aimed at those foreign BitCoin investors (who by the way are holding "air bags" of this awful dark world currency that is going downdrain right now)- who wouldn't be able to provide the required identification under current scrutiny of our beloved FBI (overlord of the Mortgage Industry).
As for the blockchain dealiey thingie they refer to, that is an amazing creation originally by BitCoin but offshoots of this new identification technology is where You, Me, and all our Friends here would become pretty interested in learning. Been reading up on this blockchain method which will be the basis of remote signings. Its line a dna line of those who will be participating in the creation, production, dissemination, signing, recording of the loan docs. Just go to Notarize or one of their competitors to read up on this.
