that branch is in a very exclusive area, where the speed limit is 25 throughout the town and the local grocery store has 4 of it's 18 isles dedicated to alcohol.BTW that branch has a handicapped sticker on the door but is by no means ADA compliant. Nor does it even have an ATM inside or out. No bulletprooof glass either.
