Bankruptcy claims for American signing connection
Posted by Narayan on 10/16/17 1:42pm

Dear Notaries
Many of you who are owed monies for signings thru American Signing Connection must have received a letter from the Bankruptcy court from GA.
There was a meeting between bankruptcy trustee and the Todds. Seems like the trustee discovered some assets that could be used to fulfill claims. However no guarantee to receive full money.

We also have responsibilities.

1. To file claim with the trustee

2. To also file objections with the bankruptcy court & request bankruptcy denial. Case dismissal.
Dismissing bankruptcy request means they are liable and responsible to all creditors.
