Good point, I am not familiar with her, and that is the primary reason I got out of doing the application portion. I had a few that didn't pay because they didn't go through. The others paid, but only AFTER I did the final closing as well, and I do not want to wait 6-8 weeks to get a payment bundled. If I couldn't do the closing, they paid me, but still had to wait. I haven't done them in years just for that reason mainly.

I feel there is nothing in an application that needs us to go and sit there and collect. The borrower is very capable of doing this, and when they do use us, it's for a reason. Either they do not have it together, or they need to feel some pressure of someone in front of them prompting them to sign and get going. jmo
