Same here. Low ballers can reign because so many here are retired with pensions and good health insurance! I could be very, very, very busy with low-ball stuff and a "sign here, sign here, sign here...you have 3 days..." closing attitude!

Also, they wonder why so many notaries overbook or double book?!?!?
