I was the second notary on a split and had the docs come to me. The next day, expecting an overnight from the same title co., I walked out to my porch and I found 8 overnights. Title had printed copies of the label they had sent to me for the split and sent them out as returns on 7 loans that closed the day before .... I had to open them to find my docs... murphy's law ...it was the last one.. Title sent me a few of returns and I double stuffed them and dropped oops
