I deal with many investors and market hounds... they point to the report of 17 which is showing an up-tic in del. mtg. payments just as before. They feel a correction is in play and with appreciation levels climbing dbl. digits... well... Many of the refis I have done so far are showing two things, cash out (HELOCS) and consolidations on shorter terms 15 year is the most popular. About half of my investors are turning to South Eastern states and scooping SFRs..
