 Disclosure & RTC for ALL propts....

my 2 doz FirstAm offices are in a twitter re: RTC for all propts now....they will be required to close all transactions (re-fis & purchases) same day. This week my husband and I in their webinar on the new RTC procedure. Lender Law took a while to kick in all facets of each change but they are upon us now.... study study study!
