Yes that was the question Luckydog . . . sorry if the post came across as a mess and not funny. I was just trying to interject a little humor into the mix . . . quite possibly I failed.

You stated that "on the docs, the POA is already filled in the title company or lender". That may very well be true for the signature line but I am talking about your acknowledgements. My question was as follows . . . "how do you fill in your acknowledgments?"
