Maybe the customer identification verification does (I have seen some formatted for the borrower to sign and their signature is notarized), but the others do not.
If no notarizations are required, the docs can be sent directly to the borrowers to be executed.
I would ask for copies of the docs showing my errors and am suspicious of the late notification that errors were made. If you did make errors, I doubt you will be paid for this assignment. |
