Does anyone advise signers of the length of the closing when

confirming the appointment unless the borrowers ask? I ALWAYS tell them if they ask, but my sister said I should probably include the estimated amount of time as part of my confirmation spiel. I've run into BO's that said their LO told them: "15-25 minutes"; then I come w/ a 125-150 pg pkg: 45min- 1 hr (depending on the individuals).

Plus, we're working w/ specific times (as opposed to windows), late docs, traffic, accidents, etc., as discussed here before in NR. Often, BO's have other events sandwiched around their mortgage closing: the birthday party, soccer game, you name it, & those of course, are non-negotiable.

I know sometimes too much info or unsolicited info can be a problem. What does everyone else do?
