Just keep everything moving, sign where I show you and let me leave (because the sooner we're done, the quicker to disburse).

Another phrase (to R.E. agent): "You don't get a commission until this deal closes, right?"

(Only time I closed with agent present was at an ethnic restaurant and I was invited to join in tasting the Middle Eastern cuisine on the table. Agent admitted to talking a lot and she did, so I mostly pointed. One of the easiest signings I ever did Wink
