Good post, and looking at it from the view of Title Source, there is no question that NSA's are dispensable. I don't say this out of malice, it's just the way the business is, i.e., like most businesses/industries across the board, it's all about the bottom line (all about the money, honey). As long as the NSA serves their bottom line, they are in good standing. When the bottom is not served, e.g., the NSA fee is affecting the bottom line, the company will do whatever it has to do to increase profits irrespective of the people affected. Does that sound cold? Sure it's cold, but as the old saying goes, the numbers don't lie. |
