Re: EMTG FUNDING/LeJeune - Only if you work for free.

Signing initiated through LeJeune Notaries. I got paid for the first trip. Never got paid for the second late-night trip to save the signing.

Borrower refused to sign at the table, stating that LO did not follow his instructions. Communicated this to Ron from the table. Then, I was surprised to be called directly by LO Abro, requesting that I leave, reprint docs and go back for a second trip. I told him this should be arranged through LeJeune Notaries, my hiring party. "No, Ron knows me. I will pay you $$$. He knows I'm good for it. He knows I will pay you." And I did receive verbal assurances from Ron that I would be paid.

Signing agent errors: (1) I did not get a written confirmation from either party for this second trip; and (2) I trusted that Ron valued our business relationship enough to ensure I got paid.

Plenty of follow up to both parties to no avail. It's been a couple of years. Check got lost in the mail?
