Re: Even more to think about!

Murder could happen in our own bedrooms. I don't think we are in more danger just because we step outside our own house. Hasn't some researcher said that more accidents occur at home? I think more car wrecks occur near home, too, but they might not have researched solely people who go far from home on their assignments. I think it is remarkable, as much as I am on the highway and back roads, I still have a good driving record. I have lots of flat tires, though. Maybe if we were in a bad neighborhood, we would be statistically more likely to be hurt. When I worked in the Census, I was on a country lane when a man came out and stared at my car. Then he said, "Oh, it's a woman." Later, he explained that there had been a lot of burglaries in that neighborhood. I guess he thought they were done by men. God is in control. When it is my time to go, it is my time to go. We shouldn't be fearful all the time.
