I agree with everyone and never used to do this however 3 weeks back borrower took their photo on their phone and emailed me, and I couldn't open it. It wasn't a jpeg or PDF, so now found it just easier for me to do it and delete because I know I can print it when they do not provide me copies. I always tell them to get their photocopied ID's prior, but no idea this form was in the package. This whole picture thing was weird. New client, buyer's had no issues with it, just complied. I don't think it is the norm, so asking if anyone else has seen this picture Identification sheet in their BB&T packages?
