newbies and the majority of NR members who are emailing positive feedback to me directly in regard to this post.



The silent newbies are observing, taking notes, and are considering dropping their membership – just as dk has stated in the above referenced message . . . and that would be a loss to us all including the Notary Rotary team to have the brutish behavior cause members to flee. Frown


Their lives and businesses and contributions are important. They are equal members seeking insight, guidance, and camaraderie. Yes, do be kind to one another, but if someone is mean to you - reciprocity might be the correct response.
