Best of luck to you. I hope you are successful. This business has many rewards, although in the last few years we've become more automated, herded, work is broadcasted largely, rather than that personal phone call asking about our availability.
Network, network, network, market, market, market. Some people are really lazy and simply wait for the phone to ring. Meet realtors, loan officers, settlement agents. Tell everyone what you're doing, pass your cards along. I have a loan officer who originates loans for most of his co parishioners at his church! Get to know the movers, shakers and doers. |
