but according to staff at one of the largest fedex stores in my area, staff has been cut back and hours cut for existing headcount. What happened? Now we wait in line for long periods of time to get waited on, drop packages for receipts, etc.
Guess when the corporate finance analysts zeroed in on real costs, headcount became dispensable. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
