requests that we're not familiar with. It's best not to read too much into it. For your own info, you might want to research what an Apostille is in your state. Here in VA, documents need to go to our state capitol, Richmond, for authentication if they're going out of the country. It's a peculiar practice, IMO. All they're doing is verifying that the Notary Commission is valid, and they put a Gold State Seal on it. I've done many & some I have to handle if people are out of the country.
You haven't been requested to handle the Apostille, so don't worry about that now.
