I always "assume" that the title company is sending me the correct documents. If I have questions about whether something is missing or incorrect, I'll try to contact them, but if I can't get hold of them before the signing appointment, I'll go with what I've got from them. It's safer that way, as they can't blame you for not getting signed what they didn't send you, but they can blame you for not going to the appointment as scheduled with what they did send you. |
