 HELP- ASAP re: VA Note

There is always a problem with a Note on a VA property.

There is the following notary language on the signature page:


This is to certify that this is the Note is described in and secured by a Deed of Trust dated January22, 2019 by the Property located in Prince William County, Virginia.

My Commission Expires:_____________________

I told the title company that I can't notarize it, that I can only complete a Jurat or Acknowledgement. She said that has never had a notary refuse to do so, and will find another notary to handle the closing.
