General Notary: $50 + $15 per notarized signature
Not negotiable - tell your signer to call me directly and I'll work out fee with them when I find out what's involved (I hate signing services getting a piece of the GNW fee)

Loan Document Signing (1st only): $200 (my standard fee - $125-$150 depending on location, pkg size, etc)

Loan Document Signing (1st and 2nd): $300 (my standard fee - $200-$225 depending on location, pkg size, etc)

Reverse Mortgage Document: $200 (my standard fee - $140-$175 depending on location, pkg size, etc)

Escrow Package Signing: $135 (not applicable here unless you mean RESPA signing - in that case, same fee as refi payable in advance)
