. . . I am finding that the fees are varying from title company to title company. I have done several of these types of closings and some title companies pay a little more and one of my title companies pays the same. The beauty of these things is that you have absolutely no printing, no stamping, and you don't have to go to UPS or Fed Ex to drop the package. They are pretty quick and the clients seem to like them. So to answer your question . . . the fees are varying . . . and as with all closings we do . . . negotiation is the key.
