It's some work but you'll need to " Band together" with your fellow victims and file a complaint with the District Attorneys office in the county where the Deadbeat company is located. You should be able to find the complaint form on their county website. Fill it out,stamp it and mail it.

Go through signing central and e-mail everyone that's complained about not being paid. Encourage them to file a complaint and provide the link for them to download and print. If enough of you do this, you might garner some attention from the D.A.'s office.

I used this routine many years ago against a DB company. I did get a positive response from both Notaries and the D.A.'s office.
