Similar scenario for me today. Signing scheduled yesterday for today at 6:00 pm. To confirm, I called borrowers and left voice mail. Then, I emailed them. Mr. finally called last night at 9:45 to confirm. I immediately emailed TC with that update. This morning, I get a "TY."

At 3:30, I emailed EO inquiring about docs. Nothing yet is response. At 4:00, Mr. calls to tell me signing is canceled for today at 6:00 as now lender and TC are both requiring additional Trust documentation. I emailed EO with that update.

Interesting … during initial scheduling call, I specifically asked if there was anything special about this file i.e. scan backs, POA, Trust involved, etc. No, nothing. ;(
